We are excited for 2025 ROCK THE PARKWAY and are making plans to hold a safe and enjoyable event. We will draw upon our experience with in-person events over the past year to maximize your safety before, during and after the race. Should there be any necessary edits to the event, we will contact race participants via email, updates on this site and on social media.

ROCK THE PARKWAY PATIENT OF THE YEAR

One in three kids in our community receives expert care at Children’s Mercy each year — thanks to community champions like you. Teddy was just 12 hours old when he was transported to Children’s Mercy and diagnosed with a rare endocrine disorder. Today, at 10 years old, he’s thriving. “At Children’s Mercy, children are cared for with dedication and compassion,” says his mom, Kori. Now, she’s running the Rock the Parkway half-marathon to give back and help ensure more children receive the same world-class care.
